Free2BeMe was created to empower individuals in discovering and embracing their true identity. I am Sonya R. Shelby, also known as Coach Free, the Founder and Principal of this transformative journey. 

With a Master of Science degree in Psychology with an emphasis on Life Coaching and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Communications, I bring over 15 years of experience in helping clients achieve both personal and career goals. 

My academic background in Humanitarian and Social Sciences further solidified my calling to guide others toward recognizing and fulfilling their true purpose. 

 I believe that self-awareness and purpose are at the heart of true transformation. My coaching philosophy is grounded in practical applications and principles that are tailored to each client’s unique journey. I combine my diverse experience across various business sectors with personal insights to offer a coaching style that is both unique and relatable.
